The headquarters of A.R.G.U.S. is the primary site for the organization. It is located in Star City.
History[]
At some point in time, Grodd was imprisoned at A.R.G.U.S., being put into a coma by using the telepathic crown.
At some other point in time, Ramsey Rosso was also imprisoned at A.R.G.U.S. Sometime later, Frost visited him. That same evening, A.R.G.U.S. had Grodd released on probation to Gorilla City.
Trying to release Eva McCulloch from the Mirrorverse, the Reflections of Iris West-Allen, Kamilla Hwang and David Singh visited Ramsey, to get his blood. "Kamilla" gave her life in order to crash A.R.G.U.S.' system, to release Ramsey. He gave a sample of his blood to "Iris", but decided to stay in his cell as he had bigger plans.
