A Advanced City-ship is a massive mobile city used by the Ancients during the early years when they first arrived in the Pegasus galaxy. It has far more internal space as is found in Manhattan island and the state of Texas. The only known Advanced City-ship that was ever constructed by the Ancients was used for a long time just before they even made first contact with the race called the Wraith.

It was the largest city-ship ever built by the Ancients in the known universe. They are also formidable battleships, unlike the Ancients' city of Atlantis, which requires a shield while traveling in hyperspace, a Advanced City-ship was hermitically sealed and was able to retain atmospheric pressure and life support if the shield was to fail.

The only Advanced City-ship mentioned in the Ancient database, was never found nor proven whether or not if the Ancients who just before they decided to sink their city Atlantis and return through the Stargate back to Earth, ever decided to destroy it or if it is still somewhere hidden but not discovered yet remains to be seen.

This leaves the question "what happened to this Advanced City-ship and is it still somewhere hidden or was it in fact destroyed before the Ancients left through the Atlantis' Stargate and came back to Earth.
