Alexander Pierce is a male Human Starfleet officer in the 24th century. Attaining the rank of Vice Admiral by 2386, he was the director of Starfleet Intelligence and a member of Starfleet Command.
In 2387, Pierce along with numerous other disillusioned Starfleet officers, started the Hobus Conspiracy, based on the belief that the Federation was not strong enough to survive. He attempted to depose the President and militarize the Federation, an act which sparked the Federation Civil War.
