Dr. Caitlin Snow is a female meta-human from Earth-50 and a bio-engineer at S.T.A.R. Labs, she is also the vigilante known as The Frost and a member of the Birds of Prey. (Birds of Prey)
By late 2393, she'd begun referring to her alternate persona simply as "Frost".
Biography[]
Early life and becoming a meta-human[]
Caitlin once had a brother named Charlie, who died leaving her mother "cold". Soon she went to medical school, but rarely studied and flunked out and had to move back into with her mother. Around 2379 Caitlin was affected by Harrison Wells' S.T.A.R. Labs particle accelerator, giving her cryokinetic abilities, she became a vigilante and began calling herself "The Frost" and helped many people. (Birds of Prey)
Travel to another reality and joining the Birds of Prey[]
One day in 2389 Caitlin was sucked into a portal and transported to another reality where she met Barbara Gordon. Caitlin joined Oracle's vigilante team the Birds of Prey to help protect New Gotham City from meta-human criminals and other criminals. (Birds of Prey episode: "The Visitors")

Caitlin produces icy mist with her hand
- Cryokinesis: Caitlin has the ability to freeze air around her hands and form it into icicles or other sharp objects. She is also capable of creating objects such as a bridge by shooting ice from her hands.
- Shapeshifting: Caitlin can shapeshift back and forth between her civilian appearance and the Frost appearance.
- Freezing breath: Caitlin is able to create a fog with her breath. She used this ability when she was trying to know the whereabouts of Alchemy by threatening one of his followers and she created a fog around the room in order to escape.

- Genius-level intellect: Caitlin is very intelligent, as evidenced by the crucial role she plays in Birds of Prey.
- Expert medic: Caitlin is shown to be an expert in medical care.
- Skilled tactician: Caitlin is a capable tactician and hero.

- Carbine: Caitlin's cryokinesis had no effect on this compound.
