City in Chaos is the 8th episode of Birds of Prey season 8.
Plot[]
A new dangerous Vigilante called Vigilante arrives in New Gotham and causes chaos in the city as the Birds try to fight him with the help of Red Arrow. They learn that he is a copycat of Vigilante from Star City and he uses the same suit, equipment and weapons as Vigilante does in Star City. Barbara Gordon sends Huntress, Black Canary, Earth 50 Black Siren, Dinah (Black Canary) and Red Arrow to stop him from attacking the city. What plans does he have in store for the city?.
