Black Mask's Crime syndicate is a group of criminals founded and led by Black Mask. Black Siren serves as his second-in-command of the syndicate.
Intentions[]
The Crime syndicate aim is to terrorize Star City and Gotham City then take over both cities to rule them as their leaders. Their second goal is to destroy the Birds of Prey and their allies. Their third goal is to rule Earth 40, Star City and Gotham City.

Founding[]
Typhuss James Halliwell founded this group of criminals with a group of his most loyal followers including Laurel and Sara Lance.
Terrorizing Star City and Gotham City[]
For the last 6 months they have been terrorizing Star City and Gotham City to the point that even the Birds of Prey have difficulty dealing with them. They also come into conflict with Cayden James and Helix, who also wish to take over both cities for their own.
