Curtis is a female Human who lived in the 24th century who was a Starfleet command division officer who served as attache to Vice Admiral Matthew Dougherty in the 2370s.
In 2375, she was placed in charge of the Ba'ku cultural observation team. When the duck blind was discovered by the Ba'ku, Curtis and her crew were taken "hostage" by the inhabitants of the planet.
In 2378, Curtis became the tactical officer, chief of security and communications officer of the USS Intrepid-A. By 2385, Curtis had been promoted to Lieutenant Commander.
