Earth-203 is one of the many universes in the multiverse.
History
This universe is populated by meta-humans, particularly the criminals of the city of New Gotham who were stopped by caped crusaders such as Batman and Batgirl. However, the descendants of these meta-humans created their own underground underworld in the city. One of which being the daughter of Bruce Wayne and Selina Kyle known as Helena Kyle AKA Huntress. Along with the former Batgirl now known as Oracle, and a young runaway named Dinah, they formed the Birds of Prey.
Anti-Monitor Crisis
During the Anti-Monitor Crisis, Helena Kyle sees a wave of antimatter before witnessing the Earth of Earth-203 being destroyed, starting with New Gotham City.
A new version of it was later created, when the Paragons and the Spectre created a new multiverse.
