Helena Cain is a female Human Starfleet officer in the 24th century who hails from the colony Tauron, and is the commanding officer of the Galaxy class starship USS Pegasus.
Childhood[]
Helena Cain was born in 2333 on March 15th in San Francisco, California on Earth to Saundra Cain and Jack Cain.
Starfleet Academy[]
Helena entered Starfleet Academy in 2350. Helena took classes to become a science officer as well as a bridge officer. Helena also took fighting classes she knew how to fight. Helena took Interspecies Protocol in her first year at the academy. Helena also took Zero-G combat training in her second year at the academy.
Helena also took classes such as Engineering, Klingon Physiology, Survival Strategies , Temporal Mechanics and Transporter Theory in her third year at the academy. Helena also took classes such as Forensic Psychology , Basic Warp Design , Advanced hand-to-hand combat and Early Starfleet History in her fourth year at the academy.
During her years in the academy, she met John Taggart and Typhuss James Halliwell, who she became freinds with. In 2354, Helena graduated from Starfleet Academy. Upon graduation in 2354, the three were assigned to duty aboard Starbase 32.

By 2372 Helena was promoted to the rank of Vice Admiral. In the year 2376, Vice Admiral Cain got command of the Galaxy-class starship USS Pegasus. By the year 2379, Vice Admiral Cain was the commanding officer of Starbase 299, from the years 2379 to 2386.
