In an alternate mirror universe, Hoshi Sato IV is a female Terran who became Empress of the Terran Empire in the 2380s. Hoshi looks exactly like Empress Hoshi Sato I. Because Hoshi was also a direct descendant o Hoshi Sato I, the first Empress of the Empire and Hoshi is the daughter of Hoshi Sato II. Hoshi had a sister named Hoshi Sato III, she was later killed by Kathryn Janeway in 2379 and Janeway became Empress after her sister's death.

Early life[]
Hoshi was born on September 2nd in 2335 to Hoshi Sato II and a male Human slave in Kyoto, Japan, on Earth and spent most of her youth there. She was knowledgable in anthropology, diplomacy and computer programming; Sato was considered very cunning and treacherous.
Reign as Empress[]
Typhuss James Halliwell was part of Sato's plan to remove Kathryn from the throne and their efforts succeeded in 2384 when Hoshi became Empress. In gratitude, Sato promoted Typhuss to Grand Admiral with the position of Grand Admiral of the Imperial Starfleet. In 2389, Empress Sato would led the Terran forces during the Federation-Terran War against the Federation.
