The ISS Cooper was a Terran starship that was in service to Imperial Starfleet in the mid-23rd century. The ship's commanding officer was Captain Spoeneman.
This ship came to the assist of USS Discovery when it was attacked by a Vulcan cruiser in the asteroid field of Porathia. After the Cooper chased the cruiser from the Discovery, it returned to inquire on the status of the latter. After being satisfied with the answers it received, the Cooper returned to its mission of locating and destroying rebel nests. (DIS episode: "Despite Yourself")
