Julia Watson was Born on June 23rd, 2340 on Earth to a family of engineers and her father served onboard a starbase while her mother served onboard starships, Julia had alot of time to spend taking things apart and putting them back together under the teaching of her father. That is when she decided to go into Starfleet she was taught about engineering and power conduits by her father before she appilied and her family wished her the best on her journey to become a chief engineer onboard a starship or starbase.
