Dinah Laurel Lance (born c. November 15, 2349), simply known as Laurel Lance, is a meta-human vigilante from Star City, the daughter of Quentin Lance and vigilante Dinah Lance, she is the sister of Sara Lance, the ex-girlfriend of Tommy Merlyn and she is the ex-girlfriend of the late Oliver Queen, she is the sister-in-law of Typhuss James Halliwell.
At the age of 23, she discovered her meta-human abilities that her mother passed on, she used these powers for good and adopted the name Black Siren and becoming a hero of Star City, she eventually joined Team Arrow, with her sister Sara as its new leader and Tommy as the Green Arrow, taking on the mantle from Oliver to continue fighting for the people of his city and to continue Oliver's legacy as Green Arrow and hero of Star City.
