Laurel Lance is a female meta-human who is a citizen of Star City of Earth 66, she is also a district attorney and vigilante. Laurel is the daughter of Quentin Lance and Dinah Lance (after whom she was named), the older sister of Sara Lance, the ex-girlfriend of Typhuss James Halliwell and the wife of Oliver Queen.
After exposure to the dark matter released from Harrison Wells S.T.A.R. Labs particle accelerator, Laurel gained the ability to scream at a high frequency. She chose to use these powers for good, adopted the name Black Siren and became a vigilante and hero in Star City, she eventually joined Team Arrow. Later after Team Arrow was disbanded and Oliver became Mayor of Star City, Laurel then joined the Birds of Prey. (Birds of Prey)
