The New Amazon Nation was a council of various Amazon tribes, formed in the 2390s by Gabrielle and Varia.

The New Amazon Nation was formed from the Amazon Nation, this new Amazon Nation was formed by Gabrielle and Varia in 2390.
Typhuss James Kira was partially responsible for helping form the New Amazon Nation along with Gabrielle and Varia. Typhuss was made king of the New Amazon Nation by Gabrielle, Ephiny and Velasca. (XWP: TNA: episodes: "New Beginnings", "Vengeance Aganist Amazons")
They allowed men to join the New Amazon Nation, unlike the Amazon Nation from the past. This showed how the Amazon Nation changed since the ancient times. (XWP: TNA: episodes: "New Beginnings", "Vengeance Aganist Amazons")
In 2394, the New Amazon Nation came under brutal attack by Brandon Martin and his group of killers for revenge against Typhuss, Brandon killed 3 Amazon warriors and destroyed an entire Amazon village during a battle and Brandon wanted to kill all the Amazons. According to Brandon, "They're nothing but savage women who only care about killing and mamining and making babies left and right so I took care of the problem and I'm going to keep going until everyone of them is wiped out." After the encounter with Brandon Martin and his group of killers, Varia was made third Queen of the Amazons by Gabrielle. (XWP: TNA: episode: "Vengeance Aganist Amazons")
On November 10th in 2394, Gabrielle made Xena a Amazon warrior and a Amazon Queen. ("Xena's Good Fortune")
Laws[]
There existed a variety of laws that were given and governed by an Amazon Queen.
- If a male should look at an Amazon's natural grace without her permission, he shall lose an eye.
- If an accused pledges their allegiance to an Amazon queen, they might be pardoned for a first offence.
- In response to a second offence, the offender must be able to accept and participate in a royal challenge against an Amazon queen.
No Amazon Queen or King cannot lie to the High Amazon Council. A Queen or King cannot keep secrets from their fellow Amazons, if they are found out they will lose their Rite of Caste as Queen or King. If they know something important that threats the security of the New Amazon Nation the other Queens must be informed immediately.
