Oswald Chesterfield Cobblepot, known as The Penguin is a male Human who is the leader of the Red Triangle Circus Gang, a member of one of Gotham's "great families". He was also the manager of the Iceberg Lounge. The Penguin became the archenemy of Black Siren, Black Mask and his Crime syndicate in 2381.
