In an alternate mirror universe, Phillipa Louvois is a female Terran who lives in the 24th century. In the mid 24th century Louvis was a Imperial Starfleet officer, like her primary universe counterpart she was a JAG officer. She commanded the Miranda-class starship ISS Victory in the 2360s.
Her first officer was Lieutenant Commander Typhuss James Halliwell.
Biography[]
Phillipa Louvois was born on Earth in the year 2332.
Louvois was a friend of Jack Crusher's at Imperial Starfleet Academy. In 2354, Jack Crusher was killed and an inquiry into his death was held at Starbase 32. It was there after the inquiry that Louvois first met Captain Jean-Luc Picard and they soon began a relationship.
By 2355, Louvois held the rank of Commander. That year, she was the prosecutor in the court martial of Captain Picard held at Starbase 32 following the loss of the ISS Stargazer months later after the Battle of Maxia. In her zeal to show that she could prosecute Picard without bias, she overcompensated by relentlessly attacking Picard and even brought up something Picard had said in bed. She was removed from the case, given a formal reprimand, and told to submit to a court of inquiry to determine any further charges. In response, Louvois resigned her commission.
Sometime later, Louvois returned to Imperial Starfleet. By 2365, she was the newly appointed commanding officer of the Miranda-class starship ISS Victory and she held the rank of Captain. Her first officer was Lieutenant Commander Typhuss James Halliwell, he was also her lover aboard the Victory.
