Sina Parker is a female Human Starfleet officer serving as Ensign on USS Anaheim and the daughter of Captain Rose Parker of the USS Jemison and the late Starfleet Admiral Joseph Parker. Captain Fiona Parker of the USS Stargazer is her eldest sister, Security Ops Lieutenant Commander Angelynne Parker is her elder sister who serves on USS Valkyrie while her older sister Ciara Parker serves as a Doctor on USS Quebec the first medical officer in the long family history of Starfleet officers since the very beginning.
Born in San Angeles, California in 2360 Sina grew up in a Starfleet family and decided to pursue a career in Starfleet herself. Sina possesses advanced tactic knowledge. Sina prepared for the Starfleet Academy Entrance Exam and her studying and tactical training paid off as she was among the selected candidates although not all were selected.
In 2377 Sina was set and prepared to begin her 4 years in Starfleet Academy but was concerned about being far from her mother. The Captain urged her youngest daughter to go to the Earth campus of Starfleet Academy and study hard and practice her tactical skills. Sina accompanied by her mother entered the Starfleet Academy on Earth Sina returned on USS Jemison taking a vacation from Starfleet Academy Sina stepped in as an acting tactical officer and combined forces with Ensign Java Do a dark-skinned Bajoran who is the sister of Sina’s classmate Teva Do. Into her first year at Starfleet Academy Sina immediately suspected some of the cadets there might be corrupt due to an underground smuggling of cyber narcotics.
In 2381, Sina graduated from the Starfleet Academy and was assigned to USS Anaheim a California-class starship with Red Markings on her hulls signaling that its designed for Diplomatic missions succeeded the now destroyed USS Solvang. Sina became the new junior tactical officer relieving senior officer Lieutenant Commander Guinn from duty when she goes on away team missions.
