Sobel is a female Human who is a Colonel in the Starfleet Marine Corps and the commander of the Daedalus in an alternate reality.
Biography[]
She had beamed her crew down to an alternate M35-117, along with all equipment and supplies, in the hopes of being found. Teyla Emmagan discovered her last recording in the reality-jumping version of the Daedalus computer. She had planned to join her crew on the surface in an F-302 fighter-interceptor. However the reason why she and her crew abandoned the ship, or what happened to her was never known. (SGA: "The Daedalus Variations")
Seven years later in 2391, the alternate Daedalus and Colonel Sobel return to M35-117 in our reality and hail Starbase Atlantis. (Star Trek: Intrepid episode: "The Daedalus Variations II")
