Unhappy with the rule of the Terran Empire, colonists along the Cardassian border have banded together. Calling themselves "the Maquis", they continue to fight the Terran Empire. Some consider them heroes, but to the government of the Terran Empire, they are outlaws.
There's weapons fire streaking through space and a smaller Maquis vessel is being chased by a Terran warship, on the bridge sparks erupt from the ceiling as Major Kira looks over at Seska.
Report? Kira says as she looks at her.
She looks at the consoles.
We're taking damage to our port engines Seska says as she looks at her console.
Then another shower of sparks erupts from the ceiling.
Damn it we're barely maintaining impulse Jadzia says as she looks at Kira.

She pressed the fire button.
The raider launches three torpedoes at the Nebula class vessel disabling it as energy surges around the hull and it's nacelles flicker.
The Terran warship has been disabled and I've got warp drive back online Jadzia says as she looks at Kira.
She inputs commands into the console and then the warp button.
The Maquis raider leaps into warp back to it's base.
