Synposis[]

After the Battle of the Bassen Rift the Sovereign-class USS Enterprise was placed at the Federation dockyard in orbit of Earth for its year long repairs, while its crew were reassigned to different posting as Jean-Luc Picard was promoted to the rank of Fleet Captain and placed in command of a Sagan-class USS Stargazer. While the Enterprise gains a new commanding officer in his former first officer Commander John Branson as he must prove that he deserved the Captain's chair of the flagship.
