Tabitha Galavan is a female Human in the 24th century who is a bounty hunter and a assassin. Tabitha repeatedly encountered Starfleet officer Typhuss James Halliwell during the 2370s.
On several occasions, she aided the Federation when it suited her purposes, often in opposition to rogue forces. Her most consistent contact within Starfleet was Typhuss James Halliwell.

- Master hand-to-hand combatant/Martial artist : Tabitha has shown to be a master of martial arts and fighting in hand-to-hand combat, as shown during her fight with Alfred.
- Peak of physical human condition: As an assassin, Tabitha is in top physical condition.
- Skilled knife-thrower: Tabitha was able to throw a knife into Alfred's back from a distance with precision.
- Expert markswoman: Tabitha is an expert at using both handguns and rifles.

Tabitha shows numerous traits of a sadist, as well as those of a sociopath, and relishes pushing people's buttons, almost regardless of the danger. She seems less calculating than her brother, and more prone to act on impulse. She is shown to be flirtatious with anyone she finds attractive but can also develop an emotional attraction to others, which was demonstrated when she sent assassins to kill Typhuss James Halliwell for putting Barbara Kean in a coma, and when she defend Silver St. Cloud from Theo Galavan. Tabitha is a tomboy, tough, self-confident, sadistic, sassy, fearsome, bad and powerful woman, who uses her beauty to seduce men into getting what she wants.
