The Talon class is a Federation runabout design type in service to Starfleet in a possible version of the 29th century.

The class features one rear rectangular impulse engine unit for forward thrust and two ventral magnetic repulsor units for lift and directional control.
It is capable of a maximum speed of 1/4 of the speed of light, which is 167,000,000 mph or 74,770 km/s.
FTL[]
The class is equipped with a regular warp drive that works by generating warp fields to form a subspace bubble that enveloped the starship, distorting the local spacetime continuum and moving the starship at velocities that could greatly exceed the speed of light.
