Reign as Emperor[]
He killed Hoshi Sato in that year so that he could become Emperor. Later that year, he attended the Khitomer Conference on the planet Khitomer - a Klingon held world near the Klingon-Romulan border representing the Terran Empire. He signed the Khitomer Accords with Chancellor Azetbur, ending nearly a century of hostilities and eventually normalizing relations between the two governments.
