The structure is 100 stories tall and can only be accessed through the roof. It contains many hazardous, advanced, and/or dangerous items as well as prisoners.
Prisoners are contained within Alcatraz class containment modules.
It features a hangar deck containing three Quinjet class cruisers and some other aircraft.
