The Scully Variations is the second episode of Star Trek: Intrepid in season 11.
Plot[]
Kira returns to her and Typhuss's quarters aboard the USS Intrepid-A the next morning from a meeting on Bajor and walks into the bedroom to find Dana Scully and Typhuss in bed together, she is shocked and thinks Typhuss cheated on her but Typhuss claims that he went to bed last night alone and doesn't know how Dana got there. Kira calls John and tells him that Typhuss cheated on her with Dana Scully. Its soon discovered that this Dana is from an alternate reality.
