Typhuss James Halliwell is a male Human vigilante from Earth-71, he eventually joined Team Arrow and became known as Red Arrow, Typhuss was a citizen of Starling City, Typhuss is the son-in-law of Quentin Lance and Dinah Lance, the brother-in-law of Sara Lance, the longtime friend of Oliver Queen, and the ex-husband of Laurel Lance.
Eventually Earth-71 was taken over by criminals, both Human and meta-human criminals and they killed all the heroes, Dinah, Quentin and Sara's fates are unknown during the attack on Star City, Laurel and Typhuss tried to find and search for them but could not find them in the chaos of the attack and were forced to flee from dangerous men, by using a interdimensional extrapolator to escape to Earth 97, to start a new life together on another Earth and be safe from danger.
A year after the attack on Star City, Laurel now believes that Dinah, Quentin and Sara are dead since they didn't follow her and Typhuss to Earth 97. (Black Canary)
John Martin became President of the Federation and put a ban on heroes and it put a strain on their friendship. Forcing Typhuss to resign from Starfleet and his job as a SCIS officer to continue fighting to protect the weak and helpless. (Star Trek: Intrepid episode: "Laurel's Pain")
A year later in 2394, he was killed by Team Arrow while Earth-71 Typhuss was attacking innocent people in Star City.
