Typhuss James Halliwell is a male Human Starfleet officer who served aboard the Intrepid-class starship USS Voyager, for her seven-year voyage in the Delta Quadrant as science officer. Typhuss is the husband of Talia al Ghul. Typhuss became a vigilante and member of Team Arrow using Red Arrow as his code-name, stylized as the "Red Archer". When Typhuss joined Oliver's crusade to save Starling City from crime and corruption in 2378, becoming the hooded vigilante known as The Red Arrow, Quentin Lance called him The Vigilante. Armed with a bow and arrow, The Red Arrow was willing to use wlethal force, but after the Undertaking, Typhuss vowed never to kill again unless absolutely necessary, renaming himself Red Arrow.
In 2387, Talia married Typhuss, she took his last name becoming Talia al Ghul-Halliwell. In 2389, Talia gave birth to a baby boy and named him Damian Halliwell. She is the mother of their son, Damian.
