USS Shenlong was a Federation starship, a Columbia-class vessel in service to the UESPA branch of Starfleet in the 2160s decade. Alongside the USS Buran, Shenlong was among the first two starships built to Columbia-class specifications from scratch.
History and specifications[]
Shenlong was constructed under the supervision of Admiral Alexis Osman of the Alpha Centauri Space Research Council, and Commodore W. M. Jefferies of the Starfleet Corps of Engineers as part of a new wave of Columbia-class starships.
With Shenlong and Buran active by July 8, 2165, USS Endeavour was not the sole Columbia-class ship in service anymore.
