In an alternate reality, the USV Enterprise (NCC-1701-E) was a Federation Sovereign class starship in service in the late 24th century. The USV Enterprise was an alternate universe's version of USS Enterprise-E. In this reality, Jean-Luc Picard was captain and the only crew of the ship. The ship is hardwired into his brain.
Layout[]
In the primary universe, the USV Enterprise was recognized as a Sovereign-class starship. Picard was the only crewmember. His seat was in the center of the bridge, and his skull was integrated with a machine directly behind the chair. A machine to his left monitored his health while another one to his right provided nutrients. A fourth machine would sedate Picard when he became too fatigued.
Picard had direct access to the ship's primary systems and database. He commanded the Enterprise with his thoughts.
History[]
In 2380, the end of the multiverse loomed because They were bored. At the same time, the Enterprise was swept to Gorsach IX in the primary universe by a quantum fissure. When the hostile Qu' attacked the starship native to that universe, USS Enterprise, the USV Enterprise and other Enterprises intervened, protecting the USS Enterprise and firing on the Qu'. When the primary Captain Picard and Q convinced Them to spare the multiverse, all Enterprises were returned to their native realms and the quantum fissure closed.
