Vincent "Vince" Sobel, also called Vinny, is a male Human who is a vigilante and former detective of the Starfleet Criminal Investigative Service, as well as the boyfriend and former partner of Dinah Drake. After nearly being killed by Sean Sonus, Vincent survived due to the particle accelerator explosion and upon becoming a meta-human with the ability to regenerate much faster than normal humans, he began a crusade against criminals as the masked vigilante publicly nicknamed, aptly, Vigilante.
