In the mirror universe, the ISS Voyager (NCC-74656) was a 24th century Terran starship, an Intrepid-class warship in Imperial Starfleet service from the 2370s to the 2410s decades. Its commanding officer was flag officer Marshal Kathryn Janeway. (STO - Terran Gambit mission: "Red Shift")

In one permutation of the mirror universe, where the Terran Empire survived into the 24th century but only held the Sol system, the ISS Voyager (NCC-74656) was a Terran Intrepid-class starship in Imperial Starfleet service in the 2370s decade.

In 2372, Voyager had arrived in the Delta Quadrant and was being followed by Neelix and Kes of the Talaxian starship Baxial, who attempted to ally with the self-declared Pirate Queen of the Delta Quadrant, Captain Kathryn Janeway. Security chief Tuvok urged Janeway to return to the Alpha Quadrant and join the Terran Rebellion against the KCA. (VOY comic: "Mirrors and Smoke")

Janeway and her ship were in Imperial service by the 25th century. In the 2410s, the ISS Voyager had been refitted to Warship Intrepid-class configurations. At that time, Janeway held the position of [[Marshal] of the Terran Empire and was a trusted ally of the Emperor of the Terran Empire. In 2411, Marshal Janeway and the ISS Voyager led a Terran strike force operation against Jupiter Station in the Sol star system of the primary universe. Marshal Janeway and her team - Captain Sylvia "Killy" Tilly of the ISS Enterprise, Kuumaarke of the ISS Reskava and the Inquisitor of the ISS Defiant boarded the Federation space station to retrieve the Emperor's prize - the 23rd century Deltan Starfleet officer Lieutenant Ilia, who rested at Jupiter in suspended animation. Killy, Kuumaarke and the Inquisitor betrayed the marshal, who summoned fallen Starfleet officers as per personal Borg drones but was defeated. Killy and her compatriots escaped with the unconscious Ilia and the ISS Voyager back to the mirror universe. Marshal Janeway was left behind. Vice Admiral Kathryn Janeway of the USS Voyager recruited her as a second mirror universe consultant, besides Admiral Leeta, in order to plan a counterattack. (STO - Terran Gambit mission: "Red Shift")

Marshal Janeway led the Federation and Khitomer Alliance assault on Jupiter Station (mirror) and Terran Space Dock. The ISS Voyager was docked inside the spacedock at the time. Admiral Leeta remarked that the ship was "the terror of the Delta Quadrant". (STO - Terran Gambit mission: "Blue Shift")

Alternate events[]

In different permutations of the mirror universe, the regular universe's USS Voyager is one of many starships to have an alternate reality counterpart.

Dark Passions[]

After Annika Hansen successfully forced Kira Nerys to resign and abdicate her role as Overseer in 2369, Seven was given a ship by Intendant of Sol B'Elanna Torres, to which Terran slave leader Kathryn Janeway was released.

Seven further placed Janeway's loyal followers - Chakotay, Beverly Crusher, Tom Paris, Robin Lefler, Selar, Harry Kim and Jarem - aboard the ship.

Seven made Janeway the ship's captain and the ship headed off to "right the Universe." (ST novel: Dark Passions, Book Two)

Mirror trilogy[]

Voyager

The duplicate Voyager

In 2370, mirror universe agents employed by Cardassian Gul Rutal crossed into the counterpart universe at Earth Station McKinley, where they downloaded Starfleet's entire blueprints for USS Voyager, and the EMH program. (TOS novel: Spectre)

Late 2374 saw the mirror Jean-Luc Picard oversee construction of the ship at the Goldin Discontinuity. The ship was then launched in 2374 under the command of Rutal. Shortly after, the ship was hurled into the Delta Quadrant by The Caretaker to assist the race called Ocampa. In 2375 whilst still in the vicinity of the Caretaker's Array, the ship met the Talaxian Neelix, who was persuaded to come on board as a guide, only to realize he'd become a prisoner. Rutal then let the Kazon-Ogla destroy the Array. When the counterpart universe's USS Enterprise-E was located, Rutal sent Ensign Margaret Clark to spy on them, which resulted in Rutal and her minions crossing over universes to trap the Enterprise crew and steal the design of their vessel. (TOS novel: Dark Victory)

Jean-Luc Picard and his crew freed themselves from Cardassian captivity with the help of Neelix. They assumed control and brought Kathryn Janeway from the Terran Rebellion aboard, who was able to expel KCA influence from the duplicate ship by using Prime-Kathryn Janeway's command codes. Following a battle at the Goldin Discontinuity, Janeway retained Voyager, and together with the duplicate ISS Enterprise-E under James T. Kirk and Spock, joined the Vulcan Rebellion with the Terran Rebellion against the KCA. (TOS novel: Preserver)
