William Thomas Thelonius Riker is a 24th century Human man, an alternate version of William T. Riker in an alternate universe. Riker was best known for service in Starfleet, as a captain in command of the Federation starship USS Titan from the year 2378. In 2385, he was serving as adjutant to Fleet Admiral Leonard James Akaar, the commander-in-Chief of the Federation Starfleet.
